About Katie
Katie Levitt,
Founder & NP
Katie, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, is the founder of How We Beauty and has been practicing medicine since 2015.
Katie received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (GO BLUE!). She worked as a nurse in the Medical ICU of a NYC hospital and simultaneously went to NYU for her Masters of Science degree. After graduating as a Nurse Practitioner, she started working in a Cardiac ICU.
Growing up with “not so perfect skin”, skin care has been a personal journey and a love for Katie. She started How We Beauty in 2023 to provide concierge tox services in the NYC area. In 2026, she opened her own studio location in the heart of the city, expanding her offerings to support a whole-skin approach with the addition of microneedling and the coveted VI Peel.
The mission of HWB is to provide clients with an individualized approach to their treatment to create a natural and balanced look.
